Okay… we’re saying the quiet part out loud today.

Some of you don’t hate being seen. You hate what you make it mean about you.

Because here’s the truth: You like attention.

You like being witnessed.

You like when the room shifts toward you.

You like when people think, “who is she?”

And instead of owning that… you’ve been managing it, minimizing it, or leaking it in ways that don’t actually feel good.

So yeah… we’re going there.

This episode is all about what I call The Show-Off Wound aka the shame you carry around wanting to be seen.

And how that shame is the very thing distorting your visibility, your consistency, and honestly… your money.

Because it’s not that you don’t want to show up.

It’s that you don’t feel safe being the woman who gets seen after you do.

So it leaked.

Through alcohol. Through performing. Through being a little chaotic and unhinged in moments that weren’t actually aligned.

Not because I was broken. Because I was powerful… without a container.
